services in the UAE. It provides a marketplace for selling artworks, booking
workshops, and promoting art-related businesses.

Yes! You can advertise using our “Category Banner” or “Homepage Banner” for
maximum exposure.

Yes, ArtiQ is subscription-free. Enjoy all the benefits of connecting with art
lovers and showcasing your business without any subscription fees. The
Premium membership is free for the first year. After that, both Basic and
Premium memberships will apply, and you'll have the option to upgrade
your Basic account to Premium to continue enjoying the added benefits.

Yes, you can promote your business through our Advertising plans. Choose
between category ads to target your niche or homepage banner ads for maximum visibility, reaching thousands of potential customers and art
enthusiasts. Boost your presence and drive more traffic today!

At ArtiQ, we strive to provide a seamless platform for connecting artists, businesses, and customers. To maintain the quality and functionality of our services, the following fees apply when clients book or purchase through our platform:

  • Commission Fee: A 4,95 % commission* will be applied to every transaction made through ArtiQ.
  • Service Costs: An additional 1,10 % service cost* will be added to cover transaction processing and platform maintenance.

*We only apply these fees after a booking or purchase is confirmed or paid for. Plus, the transaction fee is charged just once per booking, so the most you’ll pay is 4.95 % + 1.10 % per transaction.
These fees ensure that your business benefits from our wide reach, userfriendly experience, and active promotion across the UAE art community

You can log into your Artiq account and edit your business details from your profile dashboard.

Yes, you can request account deletion at any time by contacting our support
team at info@artiq.ae.

All orders must be shipped within 5 business days after the sale. Delays may lead to account penalties or suspension.

As the seller, you are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the products ensure it arrives in good condition.

Payments are processed and transferred to you within 2 weeks after the delivery date of the item. We operate on a bi-weekly payout schedule, so your payment will be included in the next available cycle once delivery is confirmed.

You are required to notify the buyer by providing tracking details or a shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

If you’re hosting an online workshop, you must send the access link to the participant within 24 hours of the booking. This ensures smooth attendance and a professional experience for your clients.

Yes! You can offer special discounts or promo codes during specific campaigns or to reward loyal customers. You can create and manage discounts under the ‘Coupons’ section in your dashboard.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Platform Fees: All platform-related fees, including membership fees, commissions, and service charges, are non-refundable.
  • Workshop Bookings: All bookings for workshops are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. please clearly mention this in your cancellation policy.
  • Product Orders:
    Sellers must define and display their return and refund policy for any physical products. If no policy is provided, a 30-day refund policy will apply by default.
